Thank you to everyone at St James!

Well I left St James today, finally did it. I truly thought a year or so ago that I would always work for St James, this was because I love it there, and am passionate about what the organsiation does, but also because I didn't ever see life changing much for me. But then it was all change when a certain young man came along, we got married and I started getting itchy feet in Southampton...... that was when the canal boat adventure all began.......!

Thank you so much to all the staff at St James for giving me a lovely send off, for lovely prezzies, nice speech (thanks Trevor) and a lunch. I really appreciated it. I started work with St James when I left university and have been there ever since, I feel like St James has been a great stability for me - I've been there for 5 years now! its helped me to have confidence and believe in myself more and I've learnt loads of work related skills and hoorah.... at last I seem to have managed the art of Publisher! I used to hate that and it was the worst thing when I joined the fundraising team!

Anyway, thanks so much guys for all you've done for me, I really appreciate it.

Looking forward to hearing about how St James takes over the whole of Hampshire and continues to give hope, help and support to those homeless people who need it!
